Jesus also healed and fed people, so he knew their physical needs were important along with their spiritual needs. I also find it shameful that JWs practice no official charitable works, yet have tax-exempt status in the U.S. and other countries because it’s assumed that religions practice some form of charity with their donated funds. Shameful.

I, personally find charity work very fulfilling. I’m involved on a couple of them. When I was a JW, i never felt fulfilled because all we did was sit around and parrot back answers from WT, preach, sit quietly, etc.
I was restless!
